JM O'Brien
Owner/Director
JM is a four-year Millikan High School varsity player. He was named First Team All Moore League Setter and Press Telegram "Dream Team" Setter of the Year. Currently in his 8th season of coaching boys volleyball at Millikan High. He has two undefeated Moore League titles. Currently coaching indoor volleyball as the head coach of the 18-1s team at LBVC. He founded Belmont Shore Volleyball Club in 2017. A former CSULB President's Scholar, JM graduated magna cum laude and received his bachelor's degree in May, 2017.
Kysen Olsen
Head Coach 16U
Kysen Olsen is a San Diego native who was a former opposite for the Long Beach State 49ers. Kysen currently is the JV volleyball coach and Varsity assistant coach at St. John Bosco High School. Currently coaching indoor volleyball as the 14-1s assistant coach at LBVC.
Kyra Cox
Head Coach 18U
Kyra Cox was a four-year Millikan High School varsity player. She is currently in her 5th season of coaching boys volleyball at Millikan High School. She has 3 undefeated Moore League titles. Currently coaching her third season of indoor club volleyball with New Wave Volleyball Club. Kyra is currently pursing a bachelor's degree in cultural anthropology at California State University, Long Beach.
Miller Davis
Head Coach 14U
Miller is currently the starting outside hitter for the LBCC Vikings Men's Volleyball Team. He is a former four-year varsity player from Valley Christian HS. He is currently coaching indoor volleyball for LBVC as the 18-1s assistant coach.
Lea Fong
Conditioning Coach/Nutritionist
Lea is a former NCAA Division 1 Track and Field Athlete. Her main event is pole vault, and she helped the CSULB Women's Track and Field team win the Big West Championship for the first time ever in 2018. A former President's Scholar, Lea graduated magna cum laude with a double-major in Nutrition & Dietetics and Food Science in May, 2018.
